I absolutely love Lego and I love this Lego shop. The staff welcome you though the door and are very nice. I love the ‘Pick n brick’ The Welsh flag out of Lego is awesome

Very good Lego shop situated in the centre of Cardiff. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Loads of Lego stock and some great displays. Special events on at times as well which are well managed.

Such a good choice. There is a full tub with as much as you can . Build your own figures Lego set in every theme you can think of. Great pre-made models to look at .The staff are really nice

Popped in for a quick browse this afternoon, the kids instantly took to the Duplo table to play. Lauren the Supervisor entertained my 11mo & 3yo for ages & it was a joy to watch. The staff are always so friendly, never overbearing & we’ve always had a good experience there.

Had an awful experience with the manager in the store. They would not accept my return. I ended up returning the item through Lego customer services online. They were a lot more helpful. All other staff were pleasant. The manager needs to learn some people skills.

Lovely shop to visit with very friendly staff. Large selection of Lego available. Several larger sets built so that they can be seen before any purchase. Great shop to visit.

Brought a Lego voucher online tried to return it online within the 14 day period but nobody has got back in contact with us - is this standard practice, why has nobody contacted me? While I didn't buy it in store at Cardiff all under the same umbrella right, maybe you can help and signpost me in the right direction?
